A DIFFERENT WAY TO THINK ABOUT BLADDER LEAKS.

If you've been told to simply wear a pad, do more Kegels, or accept leaks as a normal part of life, you've likely never been given the complete picture.

In this guide, Dr. Jess shares the foundational principles behind her whole-body approach, helping you better understand:

✓ Why the bladder is rarely the only piece of the puzzle

✓ How the pelvic floor, diaphragm, fascia, posture, and movement patterns work together

✓ Why symptoms often persist despite doing all the "right" things

✓ What traditional approaches frequently overlook

✓ The first steps toward lasting confidence and freedom

Understanding pelvic floor anatomy

— Monica B.

“Towards the end of my second trimester, I started to have leakage whenever I sneezed, coughed, or laughed. I was miserable. I'm happy to share I have ZERO leaks now!        I also feel much more prepared for labor and delivery with a strong pelvic floor.”

— Marilyn H.

“For once, I invested in myself first and I'm reaping the benefits, which I'm so grateful for. I've had numerous wins through this process, and this is only the beginning. Surgery isn't always the answer, there are alternatives, and I found mine with this amazing team. Pelvic health is something so many of us know nothing about, but it's crucial. Thanks to Dr. Jess, I now have the tools, support, and confidence to continue healing. I can't recommend her enough. ”

Meet your guide

Dr. Jess

My passion for helping women with bladder leaks began long before I became a specialist in pelvic floor physical therapy. I watched my grandmother lose her independence because of bladder issues that many people dismissed as a normal part of aging. That experience shaped the work I do today.

Over the past decade, I've helped more than 10,000 women better understand the true drivers behind their symptoms through a whole-body approach that looks beyond the bladder and pelvic floor alone.

Because leaks are rarely just about the bladder. They're often connected to how the entire body functions together.

My goal is simple: help women stop planning their lives around leaks and start feeling confident in their bodies again.

I'm honored to be a part of your journey. 🤍
